Business Personal Property First Time Set-up

First time setup

1. Go to ORCATS website

A. Once you have your letter with your authorization code enter the following site address into your web browser. https://personal.efiling.orcats.com/

B. Click the Register button from the landing page.

2. Register

A. Enter your email and create a password. Click the agree to the terms box

B. Click the drop down box for County and select Benton.

C. Type in your account number from your letter.

D. Type in your authorization code from your letter.

If you have more than one account you can click the gray box below that says Add Additional Code, you will need to have an authorization code for each account.

E. Click Blue Register button
