Electronically Filing Your Business Personal Property Return
All businesses are required by ORS 308.290 to file an annual return in the County in which personal property was located on January 1st, at 1 a.m. Benton County Department of Assessment is now partnering with ORCATS so all Business Personal Property filers will now have secure electronic access to file their returns electronically through the ORCATS website.
